4th Annual Yellowtail Dam Race Fort Smith, MT
“Not Just Another Dam Run”

****This run will benefit the Bighorn River Alliance and will be used to support “Youth Adventure Week” on the Bighorn River.

What: 10K – This will be a 6.2 mile loop starting in Fort Smith, Montana. It will cover paved and dirt/gravel roads along scenic Bighorn River and crossing the Yellowtail Dam. The course will be well marked and have aid stations. 8:30am start

5K Walk/Run – This course will start in Fort Smith and pass the scenic After Bay Lake and After Bay boat launch on the Bighorn River. It will be an out and back course on paved roads. The course will be well marked and have aid stations. 8:45 am start

When:  June TBA, 2013
Check in and packet pick-up 7-8am
10K begins at 8:30 am
5K begins at 8:45 am

Where: Bighorn River located in Fort Smith, Montana
45 miles south east of Hardin, Montana.
*take I-90 west to Hardin, Montana and continue on Highway 313 to Bighorn Recreation Area and the town of Fort Smith.

Entry: Includes logo shirt, awards to top 3 finishers in each run for male and female racers, pre and post race snacks

Fee: $25 Entry forms can be picked-up at Java Moon, Sports Stop all located in Sheridan,Wyoming or Tongue River Valley Community Center in Dayton, Wyoming. Or via e-mail by contacting Keri McMeans Mail Entry deadline is May 31st. We will accept late entries at our discretion and race day entries, but cannot guarantee a shirt.
