Dear Bighorn Supporters,
The coronavirus (COVID-19) is a topic of world-wide concern and the Bighorn River Alliance is closely following recommendations provided by public health officials on how to work and deliver programs through these rapidly evolving circumstances to protect the health of our members, staff and community. To adhere to social distancing guidelines and work to “flatten the curve,” BHRA has closed the BHRA office to the general public until further notice, and all upcoming interagency meetings, group presentations and staff work travel has been postponed through the month of April, or until further notice.
As we wade through these unchartered waters, BHRA’s commitment to you and the health of the Bighorn River remains. Staff will continue to work each and every day to sustain operations and oversee conservation efforts and programs that are critical to the health of the Bighorn River. We hope that you’ll continue to support the Alliance so that this work can continue without pause.
For information on COVID 19 and recommended actions for individuals and businesses in Bighorn County, please call the Big Horn County Public Health Department at 406.665.8720 or visit publichealth@bighorncountymt.gov. For state recommendations and updates please visit https://dphhs.mt.gov.
Thank you for all that you do for the Bighorn River Alliance. Riffles and Risers are on the horizon.
Sincerely,
The Bighorn Alliance Team
